A native of Los Angeles, Rafael Isaac Delgado Jr. has an extensive background in graphic design and mixed media. A keen observer of the everyday and larger cultural patterns, Delgado distills his creations into a collage technique which he calls “painting with paper.” Made entirely of magazine pages, his works come to life exuding brilliant color and energy.
